What is the main focus of your site?
The main focus of my site is to review and critique films from the earliest silents to the mid- or late-1980's. In addition to focusing on specific films, I also delve into biographical details of movie stars and cinema history in general.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
I hope my blog allows me to improve my writing skills as well as the way I view films in general. I hope to develop a real appreciation for film criticism and analysis, as well as enrich my knowledge of film history in general.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers are the students?
I would love to engage in an interactive community for my blog, but have not had much luck with receiving comments on my entries so far.
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
I have been movie blogging since February 2009, and I usually update once (or more) per week.
