What is the main focus of your site?
The main focus of our site is to give simple reviews for the latest movies that are shown here in the Philippines but we occasionally do the old film or indie film review via our Underground brand.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
Well, both Vit and I observed how much the perspectives of film critics differ from the normal person. Our goal for Reel Advice is to give reviews that are more attuned to the regular joe. We do this by trying to give very simple and concise reviews based on our own gut feelings while watching films. It also probably helps that we have no technical background when it comes to film-making and the like.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers are the students?
We always prefer interaction between people. Communication is always the key and simply put, no one is perfect. The occasional feedback won't hurt right?
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
We have been blogging for almost 1 and a half year already. We post reviews around twice to thrice a week.
