There were a few first time submitters that had some questions about what the rules of LAMB Chops are. Pretty much, there are no rules. You can submit any article, from any point in time that you want featured! It can be from your own site or from any other site you'd like to recommend. Be sure to send a link to the actual article, not just to the site in general (it makes things much easier). I try to post on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
