What is the main focus of your site?
A History of Film, covering individual History of the Academy Awards, Year in Film and The Top 100 Directors.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
Giving people a place to look at things grouped in a way they're not used to (i.e.. my History of the Academy Awards series which went through the Oscars by category rather than by year).
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
I am giving out information and opinions, but I love to hear feedback. All posts have to be approved, but that's because it's a family blog with news about our young son, so we nix anything offensive. But I love the conversation and the back and forth as long as it's not personal.
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
My first film post was September of 07. Went to everyday last year during the Oscars and at this point is every 2-3 days.
