Best Foreign Film was the second-least voted-on category, finishing ahead of only tomorrow's award (Best Documentary), as further evidenced by the recent polls in which a majority of the voters had seen none of the five Oscar nominees in either category. Still, there were 34 voters and a runaway winner (I suppose the lauded Un prophète's release had come too late, as it didn't receive a single vote). Without further ado...
