What is the main focus of your site?
Chronicling the work experience and creative processes of a silent film accompanist (me...I do this full-time).
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
The blog has been online for a few years, and the purpose has always been to give classic film fans (and musicians) and insider's view of what it's like to be a working silent film pianist/organist.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
I prefer both, but readers have yet to post comments and questions.
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
The SFM blog was launched in Sept 2006, and I typically post updates 2-3 times a month.
