What is the main focus of your site?
To create discussions about films I feel passionately about. I don't review every movie I see, only those I feel the need to comment on, whether negatively or positively. Despite the focus on film, I also talk about other branches of art including music, theatre, fine arts, (and coming soon) design and fashion.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
I want to become a writer and promoter of the arts when I'm older, so my blog acts as my starting block towards that career. Since I was fairly young (and still am) when I started the blog my writings were quite naive and lacked knowledge but slowly I've been improving on that and honing my writing style and building my cinematic knowledge. So in short - my blog records my evolution as a writer, as a film geek and as an arts lover in general.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
Interactive. I want my readers to be my teachers, and I, the student. Constructive criticism is always welcomed.
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
Been active for 9 months and I endeavour to post roughly once or twice a week.
