What is the main focus of your site?
The Flickerdrome provides heartfelt, independent film reviews to keep you up to date with the very best in modern cinema. A true cinema lover, I am are dedicated to watching films as they're meant to be experienced: on the big screen!

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
I'd like The Flickerdrome to become a respected resource for true film fans as somewhere to check before planning a trip to the cinema. I'd like to encourage people to want to see new releases on the big screen (preferably in an independent cinema) and I'd like them to share their thoughts with me afterwards. Ultimately, I'd like to be respected as a valued film critic.

Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
I thrive on feedback and love to hear other's opinions.

How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
The Flickerdrome started on 1st January 2010. I try to post at least one review every week (preferably more, sometimes less).

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).
2001: A Space Odyssey, Mulholland Drive, The Double Life of Veronique
