What is the main focus of your site?
Film, in general. I write reviews for both current and classic films as I watch them. I also do film lists (favourite scenes, actors, etc.) and write mini bios or fun facts on favourite actors.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
I'm currently in grad school for journalism. My passion is writing and I love film, so it just seemed like a natural fit. I love generating film discussion, in general. It would also give me an opportunity to get my reviews out into the public while meeting new people with similar passions.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
Interactive, definitely. I welcome healthy debate.
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
Since January 2010. I post as frequently as I can. My goal is to make a post at least twice a week.
