What is the main focus of your site?
The premise of this blog is that chronology matters, particularly in relation to film. Therefore, Film: Ab Initio runs through cinema's rich history in chronological order, starting with the first films of the Lumiere Brothers in 1895 up to Avatar and beyond.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
The eventual goal is to develop a community that can share ideas and provide valuable insights in relation to film in from a chronological perspective.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
The site is definitely intended to be an interactive community blog where information can be shared and opinions can be debated in regards to the great films.
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
The site has been active for exactly three months. The site will be updated twice to three times a week.
