What is the main focus of your site?
Recent European releases, art house cinema and older movies driven by great scripts rather than special effects.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
I'm very keen to develop as a writer, after years working as a sub-editor on other people's writing. I see my blog as a portfolio (I'm currently unemployed), a creative outlet and a way to communicate with other enthusiasts.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
Yes, happy to get feedback and comments from readers.
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
Site has been active since 5 May 2010. I try to post around three pieces per week -- not all of them on film.

Answer: put the emphasis back on script and characterisation rather than blowing stuff up.
