LAMB #789 - Screentrash

URL: http://screentrash.blogspot.com/
Site Name: Screentrash
Categories: Reviews, General, News, Editorials, Horror, TV
Rating: PG-13

What is the main focus of your site?
Reviewing all manner of films, from laugh-a-lot comedies to gore-soaked horror, from the latest releases to classics. Also, talking about general film and television topics and news.

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
Just to share what I've seen and heard with others, and hopefully introduce others to new films and shows, along with discovering new ones myself! I'd like to possibly be a writer one day too, so I'm honing my skills, as well as doing it for pure enjoyment and something I enjoy. There's also a narcicisstic element of pride at seeing my own words published to the interwebs...

Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
Interactive, please - as I admit I'm not as knowledgable as some about film and want to discuss movies and learn from others. I also love getting reccomendations of films to watch, so please do that!

How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
Just over 3 months (and I previously had another blog), I try to post whenever I can - my aim is at least twice a week, but unfortunately Uni sometimes hinders this!

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).
Adventureland, The Edukators, Battle Royale

How did you hear about the LAMB?
I stumbled upon it whilst browsing other film sites - at the time, my site was too 'young' to join. But it's all grown-up now!

Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that's not listed above.
I also write about television, I'm a massive BtVS and Supernatural fan. Other non screen-related interests include theatre and acting, cider-drinking, rock music, festivalgoing, tattoos, pick'n'mix, making cakes and working out how magicians do it.
