I've come back to Blighty for the exam season and haven't had much time to blog here. I have, however, a few posts up at the Duck of Minerva. One on the most recent Guantanamo revelations via (not) Wikileaks (apparently). Another on answering Dan Drezner's challenge to pick three books to give to aspiring US presidential candidates. Finally, a bit of nonsense - with a little bit of sense - Could Mummar Gaddafi's clothing be considered cultural property under the 1954 Hague Cultural Property Convention?
Enjoy! (If only Gaddafi's outfits.)
