What is the main focus of your site?
Exploring the seedy underbelly of world cinema. Reviews and screenshots of weird, twisted and obscure movies categorised by genre (exploitation, art house, surreal etc) and Region (Asia, Europe, South America etc). The blog concentrates on movies made for adult audiences, and for the most part avoids the mainstream.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
For obscure and foreign movies there are very few reviews available, and many don't include screenshots to help make an informed purchase. My blog aims to help others discover hidden gems, and in the process discover more myself.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers are the students?
Definitely interactive. Linking up with like-minded souls to discuss and discover new movies is why I blog.
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
About 2 years, updated whenever a worthy movie comes along ... approximately weekly.
