What is the main focus of your site?
Writing about what I love most (film, non-surprisingly) in a variety of ways: through reviews of the films that I see, with random thoughts on them, by spreading news during awards season, et al.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
A sort of personal sense of recognition, I suppose. A sort of satisfaction in just getting my opinions out there in the wild.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
Interactive. Certainly.
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
I've been blogging for a few years now, but under various other sites that I then deleted. "Movies with Matt" has been up since November of 2008 and I had been so caught up in school work that I abandoned it, for lack of a better term, for a while and then picked it back up January 2009. And then abandoned it again. And then just recently revamped it with a new logo and a new longing to write. I haven't updated since December when I announced the Globe nominees, but I plan on writing a little something right after I send "send" on this email! New Year's Resolution #1--blog more.

Brokeback Mountain, Clueless, The Diving Bell and the Butterfly. First three that came to mind, randomly.
