Site Name: The Wild Ardor Of Things
Categories: Reviews, Classic Film, Lists
Rating: PG-13

What is the main focus of your site?
My site is primarily a film review blog. I write chatty, personal 500-word reviews on the latest films, many of which I see prior to their general release. Occasionally I will incorporate reviews into lists, or features, but usually each post pertains to a separate film and focuses on how I found it. I use a star out of ten rating system. I am currently building up to my first main feature - a list of my top 50 films of the 2000s. This will consist of counting down each film from 50-1 with an individual review.

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
My blogging goals are primarily to attract more discussion through the blog in the comments section - I am getting more and more feedback through this feature, but I'm hoping to interact with other film blogs more frequently. I would also like to branch out in to feature writing alongside the reviews. These would follow the Oscar season and general casting news. The main focus of the blog will always be retroactive film appreciation, though. I want to look back at my favourite films and cement my appreciation through discussion and rewatches.

Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
Interactive!

How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
I post updates to my site weekly, but I've been working on my Top 50 films of the 2000s. Due to this I've held many reviews back, and once I start that series there will be daily posts.

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).
Best In Show, Far From Heaven, Dogville.

Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that's not listed above.
I love the idea of this online community of blogs and would like nothing more than to incorporate my reviews into any ranking system you have going!
