Hey everyone it is D.J. Heinlein from the blog site Matte Havoc. Welcome to the first day of the tenth installment of the Director’s Chair series in which we will be taking a closer look at the careers of Sofia Coppola and Kimberly Peirce. Both of these directors have a brief career as a feature film director, but they have left a strong impression with the work each one has produced. Today will be a simple overview of Sofia Coppola’s career in addition to a couple of reviews for two of the films from Kimberly Peirce.
