Stump the LAMBs Movie Trivia Quiz Answer: The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill

The Wild Parrots of Telegraph HillImage via WikipediaI can't get anything by you guys. Seven LAMBs knew the answer to the last question!

I think I've made today's question a little more difficult. But then again, I thought the same thing about the last one.

See the bottom of this post for the next question.

Here's the last question again:

Which documentary features a formerly homeless bird lover who ends up marrying the movie's director at the end of the film?

The answer:

The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill

This documentary was a surprise to me. I knew from the description that the story revolved around a homeless man, so I was expecting a bit of a sob story. It actually was, but not for the reason I expected. It was those darn parrots that made me sob. It turns out the movie's subject, Mark Bittner, is a bright and caring man who fell in love with and became an advocate for the flock of parrots that congregate in the Telegraph Hill section San Francisco. His homelessness is only a small part of the story. It's his relationship with the birds and the City of San Francisco that really make this movie worth watching.

Here are the seven LAMBS who knew the answer:

Kirby Holt from Movie Dearest

J.D. from Valley Dreamin'

Marilyn Ferdinand from Ferdy on Films

Nick Plowman from Fataculture

John from Flick Rater

General Disdain from The Critical Critics

Dean Treadway from filmicability with Dean Treadway

Here's the next question:

Name the movie that features an erstwhile Wall Streeter who likes to go to story hour for children at the public library.

To qualify, your answer must include the following:

1. The movie name
2. Your name
3. Your blog's name
4. Your blog's URL
