Advance screener DVDs for The Landlord, an independent horror comedy about the young owner of a haunted apartment building, are now available for review. Just email us with your snail mail address, and we'll send you one right away. The advance screener is a 97% complete cut of the film - it just needs a bit more color correction to a few shots and a few tweaks on the sound mix. The final print will be available June 1st, on a DVD packed with all sorts of special features, commentary, and other fun stuff.
