PRESS RELEASE: Red Carpet Run

It’s a Treadmill for TV Junkies and a Moment in the Spotlight for Movie Buffs on Red Carpet Run

June 3, 2010 New York, NY— Red Carpet Run releases number 7 of 11 trivia-packed treadmill-tripping episodes this week, hosted by Blip.tv and presented at redcarpetrun.tv.

The web-series, created by Michael Todd Cohen and produced by Avignon Bound Media is a tribute to Hollywood history with questions stretching from classics like “Singin’ in the Rain” to more modern fare with a “Hookups and Breakups” category.

On the show, celeb-obsessed contestants are put through the ultimate trivial pursuit, challenging their knowledge of all things Hollywood as they run their final round –high speed! – on a moving treadmill.

While the overall difficulty of the questions have been kept in reach for the general public, movie buffs and TV trivia aficionados will no doubt feel a kinship with the knowledge-base.

Those “in-the-know” will certainly have a leg up on the audience question of the week, designed to engage viewers for the chance to win a Red Carpet prize, such as a $30 iTunes gift-card or 2 month subscription to Netflix.

Red Carpet Run is hosted by the Food Network’s comedian extraordinaire Noah Starr. New episodes are posted Thursday mornings on redcarpetrun.tv — perfect for those suffering from a work-weary week to tune in before coffee break.
