Charles Burnett, the talented documentary film director ("Killer of Sheep") has a new documentary that centers on the late Stanley Ann Dunham, President Barack Obama's mother. Dunham was not only the mother of the 44th President of the Free World, she was the pioneer of micro-financing. She practiced most of her life's work in Southeast Asia. Burnett and his production team (Carolyn Schroeder and Greg Ptacek are in the producers seats) are currently in the early developmental stage and raising money on Indieagogo.com so production can begin.
