Well, it's finally the end of the month and it's time for the results of our new feature: LAMB MOTM. The Big Lebowski, suggested by Nayana at The Center Seat, was this month's pick. Here is what your fellow LAMBs thought of it.

Thank you to all LAMBs who particpated. No surprise that it was a popular choice.

Since there are still 16 titles left over from last month's suggestions, I have drawn a new title for July's MOTM out of that lot. From now on I'll be taking new title suggestions every 6 months. If you submitted a title earlier this month that you want taken out, please let me know.

Your July MOTM is The Conversation, a 1974 Francis Ford Coppola film, suggested by Anil at The Long Take. Now get it, watch it, review it and send me the link to your review at rachelcminyard@hotmail.com. Please let me know what your site is and what your feelings (love, hate, don't care) toward the movie are in the email. I need your reviews by noon (CST) on July 30th. What are you waiting for? Go!

Cheers!

LAMB MOTM Reminder-June

Just a friendly reminder that if you're participating in the LAMB MOTM (official title) event for June, I need links to your reviews of The Big Lebowski by next Sunday (6/29) at 12:00 CST. The official post goes up on June 30th. Please send your links to rachelcminyard@hotmail.com, and let me know if you like/love, dislike/hate, or are indifferent to the movie. And remember, even if you reviewed it awhile back, you can still send me your link and it will be included. Thanks all.

Cheers!

LAMB MOTM Pick for June

I know you've all been eagerly awaiting the weekend so I'd finally announce the LAMB MOTM for June. That or so you can finally catch You Don't Mess with the Zohan. I'm here to help you on the former, but if it's the latter you seek, may I suggest professional help?

First, I'd like to thank all 17 (!) LAMB members who sent in their movie title suggestions. There were some great submissions and it almost sucks that only one gets chosen. But, after I tore up 17 pieces of paper and wrote 17 titles down, one lucky movie was finally chosen out of my lucky martini glass. Behold, your LAMB MOTM for June is...The Big Lebowski. Special thanks to Nayana at The Center Seat for submitting it.

So now all you have to do is get it, watch it, review it and send me a link to your review (rachelcminyard@hotmail.com) by June 29th at 12:00 pm (CST). If you're a gunner who already reviewed this one but you still want to play in our reindeer games, please feel free to send me a link to your old review. I'll be sure to give you a one week reminder before the official post with all the links goes up on June 30th.

If there's any questions, let me know.

Cheers!

(Edit: When you send the links to your reviews to me, please let me know in the email if you liked it, didn't like it or are indifferent to the film. When I post the links, I will place them in one of these categories. Thanks!)
